YouthWORKS

YouthWorks is the program designed to prepare youth for successful entry into the workplace.  One of the most important aspects of any entry into the workforce is the preparation of a solid resume. Students often find themselves at a loss for preparing one as they usually do not have an extensive work history.  SPARC works with each student to review their history and present their skills and talents in the best light.

Interviews can make students nervous.  With successful preparation, students are less nervous during the interview process allowing potential employers to better assess potential employment candidates.

Appropriate dress is another area strongly emphasized during YouthWorks.  Stressing the rule of the first impression, YouthWorks students understand the importance of a professional appearance and demeanor in a professional environment.

Additional services such as career fairs, soft skills training and job search assistance is provided to all YouthWorks participants.

If you are between the ages of 14 and 19 seeking employment, please call our office today.

If you would like to bring a YouthWorks program to your school or organization, please contact us today.
