Got Boys

What is wrong with that boy?! My daughter was never like this! The school called again about my son… Maybe he would be different if his dad were around… It just seems like I can’t reach him no matter what I do…

Have you ever had these thoughts about your son? Have you ever felt totally frustrated and felt like your son needed something that you were unable to give?

Got Boys is the section that equips single mothers with the specific parenting skill set boys need when being raised without the daily influence of their father. It addresses the frustration single mothers often feel and helps them deal with the various emotional stages boys raised away from their fathers can feel.

Mothers who attempt to raise boys without knowledge of the different ways boys think, feel, act and process emotion will face challenges they can avoid if they are already prepared to adjust their “mothering” style to give their sons the support they need.

How does a single mother maintain her authority without becoming domineering? What does she do during the challenging teen years? How does she help her son navigate his way successfully through the male culture when everything she knows comes from the female side? What does it mean to be a man – is a question she must answer for herself in order to be able to help her son finds the answers he needs to mature into a successful, responsible, productive and healthy man.

If you are a single mother raising sons… If you are a mother raising sons… If you work with boys on a regular basis…

Stay tuned to Got Boys…we have important information for you!!!
